Gujarat Backward classes Development Corporation Act,1985

This Act was assented to by the Governor on the 20th July, 1985. An Act to provide for the establishment of a Corporation for the advancement of the socially and educationally backward class citizens in the State of Gujarat and for matters connected therewith. It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
