Gujarat Educational Institutions (Regulation) Act, 1984

This Act was assented to by the Governor on the 3rd March, 1984. An Act to provide for regulation of educational institutions established and maintained for conducting courses of instruction leading to grant of certain certificates in the State of Gujarat and for matters connected therewith. It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
