This Act was assented to by the Governor on the 22nd October, 1999. An Act to provide for a framework for participation by persons other than the State Government and Government agencies in financing, construction, maintenance and operation of infrastructure projects and for that purpose to establish a Board and to provide for the matters connected therewith.
