Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981

This Act was assented to by the President on the 23rd October, 1981. An Act to make provision for the constitution of a maritime Board for minor ports in the State of Gujarat and to vest the administration, control and management of such ports in that Board and for matters connected therewith. It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:
