Gujarat Mineral Rights Tax Act, 1985

This Act was assented to by the Governor on the 2ncl August, 1985. An Act to provide for levy and collection of tax on mineral rights of holders of mining leases in respect of certain minerals in the State of Gujarat. It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows.-
