Gujarat Prohibition of Maintenance of Private Armed Force Act, 1989

This Act was assented to by the Governor on the 7th March, 1989. An Act to regulate in the interest of public order the keeping and maintenance of private armed force for the protection of land or crop in the State of Gujarat. It is hereby enacted in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
