Gujarat Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 1992

This Act was assented to by the President on the 23rd March, 1992. An Act to provide for the constitution of a Tribunal to arbitrate in disputes arising from works contracts to which the State Government or a ** undertaking is a party and to provide for matters connected therewith. It is hereby enacted in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
