This Act was assented to by the Governor on the 10th July, 1985. An Act to provide for the establishment of a Corporation for the advancement of Scheduled Castes in the State of Gujarat and for matters connected therewith It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
