Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Employees Life Insurance) Act, 1980

This Act was assented to by the President on the 21st November, 1980. An Act to provide for the life insurance benefits to employees engaged in shops, commercial establishments residential hotels, restaurants, eating houses, theatres, other places of public amusement or entertainment and other establishments and for matters connected therewith. It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:
