Gujarat Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1973

An Act to provide for the improvement and clearance of Slum areas in the State of Gujarat and for their development; and for matters connected with the purposes aforesaid. It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
