JHARKHAND ADVOCATES' WELFARE FUND ACT, 2012
An Act to provide for the constitution of a welfare fund for the benefit of advocates in the State of Jharkhand for death, permanent disablement, retirement, illness etc and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the State Legislature of Jharkhand in the Sixty-third Year of Republic of India as follows:-
