RAMCHANDRA CHANDRAVANSI UNIVERSITY ACT, 2018

Preamble An Act to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the Ramchandra Chandravansi University in the State of Jharkhand, and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; Whereas it is expedient to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the Ramchandra Chandravansi University at Palamu, Jharkhand promoted by Ramchandra Chandravansi Welfare Trust, Ratu Road, Ranchi, Astha Regency, Flat No. 15, Triplex, 12A/2007-08 (Registration No. 7298 dated 02.08.2006) and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-Nineth year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of Jharkhand, as follows:
