An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary nature in private sector by the Garden City Education Trust to promote and undertake the advancement of applied University education in General, Technical, Health, Management, Life Sciences and allied sectors and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
