JAGATH UNIVERSITY ACT, 2018
An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary nature in private sector by the Lord Udupi Krishna Educational Trust (R) to promote and undertake the advancement of University education in General, Technical, Health, Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, Law, Life Sciences and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
