An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary nature in private sector by the Khaja Bandanawaz Educational Society, Kalaburagi to promote and undertake instruction, Teaching, training, consultancy, research and development in one or more fields such as science, engineering, technology, Humanities, social sciences, education, Management, Commerce, Economics, Law, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Care Sports, and Skills for Advancement of Humankind etc and the matters connected therewith or incidental there to.
