An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary in nature in private sector by the National Institute of Engineering Society to promote and undertake the advancement of applied University education in Sciences, all branches of Engineering, Arts, Management, Commerce, and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
