An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary nature in private sector by the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust®, North Extension, Chikkaballapura (Taluk & Dist) to promote and undertake the advancement of and innovation in University Education leading up to and including Degree, Post Graduate, Doctoral, Post Doctoral and other courses in Arts, Literature, Languages, Humanities, Commerce, Education, Philosophy, Science, Engineering and Technology, Management, Law, Music, Life, Yoga and Health Sciences, Physical and Allied Science Courses to make provisions for research, advancement and dissemination of knowledge, including consultancy and the matters connercted therewith or incidental thereto.
