Received the assent of the Governor on 25-11-1995; assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary)", dated 29-11-1995 at pages 1146 (15-27). An Act to establish and incorporate a University in the State of Madhya Pradesh and to provide for education and prosecution of research in Vedic learnings and practices and to provide for mailers connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Forty-sixth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
