Akrani Mahal (Application of Laws) Regulation, 1952

A Regulation for the application of certain laws to Akrani Mahal, which is a scheduled area, in the West Khandesh District in the State of Bombay. Whereas it is necessary to apply the provisions of certain laws to Akrani Mahal, which is a scheduled area, in the West Khandesh District in the State of Bombay, for the peace and good government of the said area ; Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 5 of the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bombay is hereby pleased, with the assent of the President, to make the following Regulation, namely :-
