Bombay Seals Act, 1949

An Act to provide for the alteration of seals proscribed in the Letters Patent of the High Court and certain enactments. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the alteration of seals prescribed in the Letters Patent of the High Court of Judicature for the Presidency of Bombay, bearing date the twenty-eighth day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, and the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869 (XIV of 1869); It is hereby enacted as follows:-
