Maharashtra Aerial Ropeways Act

An Act to authorize, facilitate and regulate the construction and working of aerial Ropeways in the [State of Maharashtra] [These words were substituted (or the words 'State of Bombay' by Maharashtra 10 of 1970, Section 3.] Whereas it is expedient to authorize, facilitate and regulate the construction and working of aerial ropeways in the [State of Maharashtra] [These words were substituted (or the words 'State of Bombay' by Maharashtra 10 of 1970, Section 3.]; It is hereby enacted in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
