An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the regulation of qualifications and registration of Homoeopathic [***] [The words 'and Biochemic' were deleted by Maharashtra 19 of 1988, Section 2.] Practitioners in the State of Bombay Whereas it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the regulation of qualifications and registration of Homoeopathic [* *] [The Words 'and Biochemic' were deleted by Maharashtra 19 of 1988, Section 3(a).] Practitioners in the State of Bombay with a view to encourage the study and spread [of this system] [These words were substituted for the words 'of these systems' by Maharashtra 19 of 1988, Section 3(b).]; It is hereby enacted in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India as follows, namely:-
