An Act to provide for the constitution of a Fund for the financing of activities to promote welfare of labour in the State of [Maharashtra] [This word was substituted for the word 'Bombay' by Maharashtra 36 of 1961, Section 3(a).] [for conducting such activities and for certain other purposes] [These words were substituted for the words 'and for conducting such activities' by Maharashtra 36 of 1961.].
