Maharashtra Land Requisition Act

An Act to provide for the requisition of land, for the continuance of requisition of land and for certain other purposes. [Whereas] [The first paragraph and the word 'And in the second paragraph were deleted by Bombay 33 of 1959, section 3.] it is expedient to provide for the requisition of land for the continuance of requisition of land and for certain other purposes; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
