Maharashtra Local Fund Audit Act
(Act no. 25 of 1930) An Act to provide for and regulate the audit of the local funds under the management or control of certain local authorities in the State of Maharashtra. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for and regulate the audit of the local funds under the management or control of certain local authorities in the State of Maharashtra in manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted as follows :—
