An Act to abolish khoti tenure prevailing in the merged territories of the former States of Janjira and Bhor. Whereas it is expedient to abolish the khoti tenure prevailing in the merged territories of the former States of Janjira and Bhor and to provide for certain consequential and incidental matters hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
