Maharashtra Paramedical Council Act, 2011
An Act to provide for the establishment of a Paramedical Council to regulate certain matters in the State pertaining to registration of paramedical practitioners and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas, it is expedient to provide for the establishment of the Maharashtra Paramedical Council, to regulate certain matters in the State pertaining to the registration of paramedical practitioners and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; it is hereby enacted in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows :
