An Act to amend the Law relating to the regulation of public conveyances. [Whereas it is expedient to amend the law relating to the regulation of public conveyances; And Whereas it is expedient to provide for prohibiting the plying of certain classes of vehicles as public conveyances; It is hereby enacted as follows :-] [This preamble was substituted for the original by Bombay 18 of 1948, Section 6.]
