An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to forest produce, and the duty leviable on timber in Nagaland Preamble. - Whereas it is expedient to amend and consolidate the law relating to forest produce, and the duty leviable on timber in Nagaland ; It is hereby enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :
