NAGALAND JHUMLAND ACT, 1974
An Act to Amend The Law Relating To Jhumland and Matters Connected Thereto or Incidental Thereto. Whereas it is expedient to amend the law relating to jhumland in order to safeguard and regulate the rights to jhumland in Nagaland and matters connected thereto or incidental thereto, it is hereby enacted in the Twenty-first year of the Republic of India as follows
