rajasthan jagirdars compensation and rehabilitation grants (final orders validation) act, 1959

[Received the assent of the Governor on the 17th day of May, 1959.] An Act to validate final orders passed and proceedings taken for the purpose by Collectors and Commissioners in excess of the power delegated lo them under section 42A of the Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952 in certain cases for determination of the amount of compensation and rehabilitation grant payable to Jagirdars wider the said Act in respect of their resumed jagir lands. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
