Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974

[Received the assent of the Governor on the 11th day of April 1974] An Act to make provision for regulating in the public interest the trade of Tendu Leaves by creation of State monopoly in such trade. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Twenty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
