THE RAJASTHAN TOURISM TRADE (FACILITATION AND REGULATION) ACT, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010) An Act to provide for acceleration of growth of tourism trade and industry in the State and to provide for, at various tourist destinations, facilities to the tourists visiting the State and to provide for certain measures to make their travel hassle free as also to regulate conduct of persons confronting them or dealing with them and for boosting tourism traffic at heritage sites and also to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
