An Act for the improvement of urban areas in Rajasthan. Whereas it is expedient to make provision for the improvement and expansion of urban areas in the State of Rajasthan. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Tenth Year of the Re-public of India as follows:-
