[Received the assent of the Governor on the 25th day of April, 2016] An Act to provide for survey and maintenance of record of urban lands and certification of titles thereof and matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Sixty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, as follows: -
