(Received the assent of the President on the 12th day of February, 1959.) An Act to provide for the abolition of, and the acquisition of the right, title and interest in estates held by Zamindars and Biswedars in the State of Rajasthan and for, other matters connected therewith. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
