Telangana Occupants of Homesteads (Conferment of Ownership) Act, 1976
An Act provide for the conferment of right of ownership on landless agriculturists, agricultural labourers and artisans in respect of sites occupied by and adjacent to, their dwelling houses or huts in rural areas of the State of Telangana.
