An Act to establish and incorporate a Minority Teaching University sponsored 1 by Gaurav Bharati Shiksha Sansthan. Dehradun in Uttarakhand and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. It is hereby enacted by the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in the Sixty eighth Year of the Republic of India.
