Assent of the President first published in the Calcutta Gazette. Extraordinary, dated the 20th October, 1994. An Act to provide for the acquisition, in the public interest, of the Natural History Museum of the Bengal Natural History Society, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisition, in the public interest, of the Natural History Museum of the Bengal Natural History Society at Darjeeling, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
