Brainware University Act, 2015

An Act to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the Brainware University at Barasat, in the district of North 24 Pargands, West Bengal and to confer the status of a private University thereon and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; Whereas it is expedient to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the Brainware University at Barasat, in the district of.ISIonh -24 Parganas, West Bengal promoted by the Sabita Devi Education Trust, an educational and charitable trust duly created and registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, (II of 1882.) and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
