Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette., Extraordinary, dated the 19th July, 1967. An Act to provide for the taking over of the management of the undertaking of the Calcutta Tramways Company Limited for a limited period in the public interest in order to secure the proper management of the same. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the taking over of the management of the undertaking of the Calcutta Tramways Company Limited for a limited period in the public interest in order to secure the proper management of the same: It is hereby enacted as follows:
