Lepers ( West Bengal Repealing ) Act, 1985

Assent of the President if India was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 6th August, 1985. An Act to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal. Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
