Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 5th April, 1984. An Act to provide for the acquisition of the Lumbini Park Mental Hospital. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisition of the Hospital known as the Lumbini Park Mental Hospital at No. 115, Girindra Sekhar Bose Road, Calcutta-39 (in the district of 24-Parganas) for its better management and maintenance in the public interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows: -
