Mackintosh Burn ( Taking Over Of Management ) Act, 1976

Assent by the President first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 7th September, 1976. An Act to provide for the taking over of the management of the undertaking of the Mackintosh Burn Limited for a limited period in the public interest and in order to secure the proper management thereof. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the taking over of the management of the undertaking of the Mackintosh Burn Limited for a limited period in the public interest and in order to secure the proper management thereof; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
