Mayo Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982

Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 12th October, 1982. An Act to provide for the acquisition [and transfer] [Words inserted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1991.] of the Hospital known as the Mayo Hospital at 67/1, Strand Road, Calcutta. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisition [and transfer] [Words inserted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1991.] of the Hospital known as the Mayo Hospital at 67/1, Strand Road, Calcutta-6 for its better management and maintenance in the public interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
