Assent of the 'President first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 30th January, 1981. An Act to provide for the acquisition of the Hospital known as the North Suburban Hospital, Cossipore, Calcutta. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisition of the Hospital known as the North Suburban Hospital. Cossipore, Calcutta, for its better management and maintenance in the public interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
