An Act to provide for the acquisition of the undertaking of the S.B. Dey Sanatorium at Kurseong in the district of Darjeeling in the public interest for promotion of public health and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisition of the undertaking of the S.B. Dey Sanatorium at Kurseong in the district of Darjeeling in the public interest for promotion of public health and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
