An Act to provide for better administration of the municipal affairs of Siliguri by the establishment of a Municipal Corporation. Whereas it is expedient to provide for better administration of the municipal affairs of Siliguri by the establishment of a Municipal Corporation; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
