An Act to provide for the acquisition of the Hospital known as the Upendra Nath Mukherjee Memorial Hospital at 24, Sura 3rd Lane, Beliaghata, Calcutta-10. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisition of the Hospital known as the Upendra Nath Mukheijee Memorial Hospital at 24, Sura 3rd Lane, Beliaghata, Calcutta-10 for its better management and maintenance in the public interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
