An Act to provide for levy, collection, enforcement and recovery of building tax and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the levy, collection, enforcement and recovery of building tax and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows : -
